Our role
Safe At Home Senior is an independent educational site built to help families compare safety options for aging at home. We cover practical categories such as medical alert systems, fall detection devices, aging-in-place home modifications, hearing support, caregiver tools, mobility aids, and senior living alternatives when staying home may no longer be safe.
We are operated as a Sole proprietorship. We are not a medical provider, insurance agency, senior living community, or home-care agency, and we do not claim medical expertise.
Who created Safe At Home Senior
Safe At Home Senior was created by Aaron Rabinowe. I became interested in senior home safety as my own parents reached an age where they needed more of my support for their health and wellbeing.
That personal experience is why this site focuses on practical questions families ask before buying products or choosing services.
How we approach content
We aim to write caregiver-friendly explanations that separate product features from real-life fit. A device that sounds impressive may not help if it is not worn, charged, or understood. A home modification may be valuable, but only if it addresses the actual room, routine, and risk in front of the family.
We emphasize practical research, clarity, and transparency. We do not publish fake reviews, invented ratings, fabricated testimonials, or claims of firsthand testing unless that testing has actually occurred. Families should confirm current pricing, terms, setup, returns, warranties, safety limitations, and professional requirements before purchase.
For a detailed look at how we evaluate product categories and what we do and do not claim, read how we compare senior safety products.
